Traditionally belonging to the Pashtun region in the past Mughal era, Paneer Pasanda is a classic stuffed cottage cheese delicacy simmered in rich roasted almond gravy with a hint of traditional saffron.

Shahi Tukada

A popular Dastarkhan must-have dessert, the Shahi Tukada is clies of shallow fried bread seeped in rich indulgent condensed milk topped with roasted nuts.

Galauti Kebab

Meaning "melt in your mouth", legend has it that the Galawati Kebab was created for an aging Nawab of Lucknow who lost his teeth, but not his passion for meat dishes. Our in-house recipe made up of 21 Indian spices and mince lamb meat will instantly in your mouth.
