A JOURNEY
THROUGH TIME

JW Marriott Phuket

Embark on a culinary expedition inspired by ancient cooking methods and wild ingredients. Unearth the authentic flavors of Phuket’s rainforest and fisheries, sustainably sourced and perfected throughout the centuries.

INTRODUCING
CHEF THAM

Chef Tham spent most of his formative years surrounded by the lush gardens of fruit trees and wild herbs in Phang Nga, just north of Phuket Island, which fostered his passion for local produce and traditional preparation methods. Joining JW Marriott Phuket in February 2016, with over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Tham was driven to create a Thai menu that is authentically true to its roots, and made with wild local ingredients native to the Phuket and Phang Nga provinces.
